Blog 5

1. I have practice some of the things i have researched in my life and routine that has helped me greatly.

2. One of the articles of research I have used foam rolling after working out and that has helped me recover from a hard workout it helped me recover a lot faster.

3.The research checks has helped getting more reliable sources also more variety of sources.

4. Right now I don't have enough experiences with the project to say that "something hasn't been working".

5.One potential EQ is what is the healthiest way to stay healthy and or start to be healthier. I will ask some of my mentors on ways of gain more strength and developing a healthy eating plan that could be used for the rest of my life.
