1. I have started recording my information for my independent component. I start to my workout routines that will be doing from here on out .
2.I learned how to make this a regular scheduled thing to make it.
3. If I had the opportunity to do so I would want to interview with a famous fitness trainer Elliot Hulse. This fitness trainer is very famous on the internet. This man shows different workout plans to gain strength and answers questions, but not directly , he gives real world commentary to teaches us as a viewer how we can answer these question with ourselves.
